2. General information

AI Marketplace Seller Assistant helps users create AI-generated marketplace listings, product descriptions, keywords, FAQs, marketing copy, social media posts and related drafts from product images, product details and notes.

Personal data is processed only where necessary to provide the website, user accounts, AI functions, payment handling, support, security or legal obligations.

3. Hosting and technical operation

When the website is accessed, technical data such as IP address, date and time, visited pages, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, log data and error messages may be processed.

This is necessary to provide the website securely and reliably. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Technical providers may include hosting, infrastructure and domain providers such as Vercel, IONOS or comparable services.

4. Account and registration

For certain functions, a user account is required. We may process email address, authentication data, account ID, login status, plan and subscription status, credit balance, used credits, saved generations, favorites and saved portal or shop links.

This data is required to provide the account, assign credits and plans, show saved content and make the app usable across devices. Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Users can permanently delete their account at any time in the account area if they no longer want to use the app. When an account is deleted, saved account content, saved generations, favorites, portal links and account data are deleted unless legal retention obligations apply. Remaining credits expire with the deletion and cannot be restored or paid out afterwards.

5. AI functions

The app provides AI functions for text generation and image analysis. Product information, uploaded product images, notes, selected marketplace, requested generation type, generated results, language settings and credit usage may be processed.

Data may be sent to an AI provider such as OpenAI or a comparable provider to create the requested results.

Users should not enter or upload sensitive personal data, confidential third-party data, payment data, health data, ID documents or other highly sensitive information.

Generated content is a draft. Users are responsible for checking results before publication, including accuracy, platform rules, trademarks, copyright and legal requirements.

6. Payments, credits and subscriptions

The app may offer free test credits, one-time credit packages and paid monthly subscriptions. Payment handling may be processed by Stripe or a comparable payment provider.

Payment-related data may include email address, selected plan, payment status, transaction data, voucher codes, subscription status and cancellation status.

The payment provider's own privacy information also applies.

7. Contact and support

If users contact us by form or email, we process the submitted name, email address, topic, message and technical support information to handle the request.

Legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the request relates to a contract, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

8. Cookies and local storage

The website may use technically necessary cookies or local storage for login sessions, language settings, security functions, account functions and technical app state.

If analytics, marketing or tracking services are added later, this privacy policy will be updated and consent will be requested where required.

Personal data is stored only as long as required for the relevant purpose. Account data is generally stored while the account exists. Payment and invoice data is retained according to legal retention obligations.

Saved generations, favorites, portal links and account content remain stored while the account exists or until deleted by the user where the app provides this function.

11. User rights

Users have the right to access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, objection, withdrawal of consent and complaint to a data protection authority under applicable law.
