Withdrawal & Cancellation

1. Right of withdrawal for consumers

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for contracts concluded online.

A consumer is a natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession.

2. Withdrawal period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal notice.

Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

4. Digital services, credits and AI generations

The app provides digital services such as AI-generated text, image analysis, saved generations, credit packages and digital monthly subscriptions.

If you expressly agree that the digital service begins before the withdrawal period ends and confirm that your withdrawal right may expire once the service has been fully performed, your right of withdrawal may expire early.

Already used credits or completed AI generations cannot be returned or provided again.

5. Cancellation of monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time for the end of the already paid billing period unless stated otherwise.

After cancellation, access to subscription benefits generally remains available until the end of the current paid period. After that, no further monthly charge is made.

6. One-time credit packages

One-time credit packages are not subscriptions and do not renew automatically.

Purchased credits can be used for the AI functions offered in the app. Credits are considered used once the corresponding digital service has been performed.

7. Free test credits

Free test credits are provided for trying the app. There is no claim to payout, transfer or permanent provision of free credits.

8. Account deletion

Users can permanently delete their account at any time in the account area if they no longer need the app.

Before final deletion, a confirmation is requested. With deletion, remaining credits, saved generations, favorites, portal links, shop notes and other account content are lost. Restoration is not possible after deletion.

If an active monthly subscription exists at the time of deletion, it should be cancelled beforehand or ended through the provided function. Account deletion does not replace legal payment or retention obligations in every case.

If the same email address is used again later, there is no claim to receive welcome credits again.
