What is the difference between purchased credits and subscription credits?

Purchased credits remain in your account until you use them or delete your account. Subscription credits belong to your monthly plan and are refilled to the included package amount at the beginning of each new subscription month.

Do unused subscription credits roll over to the next month?

No. Subscription credits do not accumulate. At the beginning of the new subscription month, your subscription credit balance is reset to the package amount. Purchased add-on credits remain separate.

Which credits are used first?

The app uses subscription credits first and purchased credits afterwards. This keeps purchased credits available as a reserve for longer.

What happens to purchased credits if I cancel my subscription?

Purchased credits remain in your account after subscription cancellation. Only monthly subscription credits stop being refilled after the subscription ends.

Can I cancel my monthly subscription without deleting the account?

Yes. The subscription can be cancelled or paused separately through plan management. Your account remains active.

Can I upload product images?

Yes. You can start with an image. The app analyzes visible product details and creates a structured product description as the starting point for the selected generator.

Are AI-generated texts ready to publish immediately?

The results are professional drafts. Please review them before publishing, especially for accuracy, product condition, prices, trademark rights, platform rules and required legal information.

Can I delete my account at any time?

Yes. You can permanently delete your account in the account area. The app asks for confirmation first so deletion does not happen by mistake.

What happens to my data after account deletion?

Saved generations, favorites, portal links, shop notes and account data are deleted unless legal retention obligations apply.

What happens to my remaining credits?

Remaining credits expire when the account is deleted. They cannot be restored or paid out afterwards.

Will I receive 5 welcome credits again if I register later?

No. Welcome credits are granted only once per email address.
